Depression in children moments that last for a few days. I don't want to take prozac daily for the rest of my life so I was wondering if there is anything that will help me feel better and doesn't take weeks to build up in your system?

I would say when you feel like its going to be a prozac day, try to defer your attentionAttention deficit hyperactivity disorder (adhd) on something else. What I mean is when I catch myself feeling like its going to be one of those days I try to get out or make up things to do to keep busy so that I dont have a chance to remember that I forgot to take my pill today.

I wish it was that easy. Today I tried really hard to not be so depressed. I was miserable in the morning and most of the afternoon. I feel a bit better now.
